LICENSED HOME INSPECTORS: Membership is $219.00 from June 1st to May 31st (full year), Prorated January 1st to May 31st at $149.00

INTERNS: Membership is $169.00 from June 1st to May 31st (full year), Prorated January 1st to May 31st at $114.00

All Associate member dues are $124.00 for the entire year or any part there of.

As a condition of my membership, I have read, and will adhere to the "Code of Ethics" of the Connecticut Association of Home Inspectors, Inc. as printed or attached to this document.

I will inspect to the home inspection "Standards of Practice" of the State of Connecticut

I will adhere to the State of Connecticut Home Inspection "Code of Ethics".

I will comply with the State of Connecticut Home Inspection minimum requirements concerning Continuing Education for license renewal.

Monthly Meeting: Post and Beam Construction presented by Nino Malatesta of Post and Beam Homes
Nino will provide an informative discussion regarding old and new post and beam construction methods and tips for inspecting these structures. Since 1976 Post and Beam Homes has custom designed and manufactured high quality post and beam homes throughout the northeast using a combination of hand craftsmanship coupled with the latest construction technologies.

Monthly Meeting: Engineered Wood Products and Trusses presented by Josh Bartlett of Boise Structural Solutions
Josh will discuss engineered wood products and trusses, product categories, installation, job site issues, and when the need for follow up by a engineer or specialist is needed. Josh has over 35 years experience in the wood industry, has a degree in wood utilization from the University of Massachusetts, and is a Product Application Specialist for Boise Structural Solutions.
